Cool Earth works with local people to halt deforestation and climate change
Deforestation releases as much carbon into the atmosphere as the global transport sector. It also destroys the best natural carbon capture and storage technology we have: forests.
Cool Earth was created to develop the best ways of working alongside rainforest communities to address multiple drivers of deforestation.

It's all about bringing nature back to life and restoring living systems.
Rewilding is the large-scale restoration of ecosystems where nature can take care of itself. It seeks to reinstate natural processes and, where appropriate, missing species – allowing them to shape the landscape and the habitats within. Rewilding encourages a balance between people and the rest of nature where each can thrive.
Wildlife returning, habitats expanding. People reconnecting with the wonder of nature. Communities flourishing with new opportunities

Fridays for Future – Greta Thunberg
Climate Strikes and Encouraging and deepening the climate knowledge with action in schools
#FridaysForFuture movement began in August 2018, after 15 years old Greta Thunberg sat in front of the Swedish parliament every schoolday for three weeks, to protest against the lack of action on the climate crisis. She posted what she was doing on Instagram and Twitter and it soon went viral.
On the 8th of September, Greta decided to continue striking every Friday until the Swedish policies provided a safe pathway well under 2-degree C, i.e. in line with the Paris agreement. The hashtags #FridaysForFuture and #Climatestrike spread and many students and adults began to protest outside of their parliaments and local city halls all over the world.
